What does Grief Guidance look like?
Intake
You complete a short form to help me understand where you are and what you are carrying.
Scheduling
I review your intake and we choose a time that feels right and unrushed.
Guidance Session
We meet virtually or by phone (in most cases) to talk, process, and gently orient toward steadiness.
Integration
You leave with more clarity, grounding practices, and next step options for continued support.
